Big Bass Lake is a planned leisure community on top of the Poconos. Our primary activity is the sale of homesites. However, many of our property owners have built homes and are interested in renting them for a weekend, week, month or season.

Our goal is to continue the Lakes heritage which began over a hundred years ago when Norwegian-born Lars Larsen left the commercial fishing industry to build summer vacation cottages on Long Island.
